The P5544 PTZ dome camera features Axis' Panopsis technology, which incorporates two lenses to give users a 360-degree field of view covering an area of more than 10,000 square feet. It also mechanically pans, tilts and zooms in 18x for detailed HDTV-standard 720p video. The camera uses a separate fish-eye lens that, in the home position, gives the 360-degree panoramic overview (looking straight down). Features include day/night functionality, wide dynamic range, full frame rate HDTV video, and H.264 and M-JPEG compression.
